Bladen County senior citizens are reminded from the Seniors’ Health Insurance Program, also known as SHIIP, the Medicare Part D annual election period is coming up soon. According to the Bladen County Division on Aging, SHIIP Coordinator, Carol Mitchell, will be assisting local senior citizens with Medicare Part D Annual Election Period. The period will begin October 15th and end December 7th.
Anyone needing assistance with the election period is welcome to set up an appointment or stop by at the Bladen County Division on Aging Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Additional days for assistance will be October 19th and November 3rd from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. For more information contact Carol at 910-872-6331.
