Due to Hurricane Matthew, the town of Elizabethtown has declared a State of Emergency and issued a curfew for the next two nights.
Mayor Sylvia Campbell signed the declaration on Friday afternoon. The curfew is in effect from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Friday night and Saturday night. The curfew applies only to the Elizabethtown town limits.
