The Cape Fear River is rising and causing more flooding at Lock 2 and Brown’s Creek Bike Trail in Elizabethtown. Workers are removing tree debris from the area slowing traffic down to one lane.
The river is expected to crest in Elizabethtown on Tuesday, October 11th.
