Traditions of many are observed this time of year. Leinwand’s clothing store in Elizabethtown and the Jaycees tradition of helping the residents at the Lake Waccamaw Boys and Girls home continues every year since the 1970’s according to Ricky Leinwand, owner of the local store.
The Jaycees club and Leinwand’s store started partnering together to give to the children from the home some nice things they need. “We really enjoy doing it and will continue to do it,” Leinwand said about giving to the boys and girls home.
