Bladenboro held their regular meeting on June 22nd, 2015 and approved the Budget for the fiscal year 2015-2016. Some of our readers wanted to know who voted against the new budget.
According to the minutes from the Town of Bladenboro, Commissioner B. Benson made the motion to adopt the FY 2015-16 Budget Ordinance with the tax rate at 0.64 cents per hundred. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Atkinson and the motion carried with only one commissioner voting against the motion. The commissioner against the motion was Commissioner Butler.
