In April, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Individual and Community Preparedness (ICP) Awards will open and give you an opportunity to be nationally recognized for your efforts to prepare your community or organization for emergencies.
Last year, winners found innovative ways to use snowmobiles or solar power in emergency response. Others held effective preparedness events, emergency exercises, or disaster drills.
